Refunds & Returns

Thanks for purchasing from Padelers.

If you would like to cancel an order

1. If we have not yet dispatched your order you can notify us by email to omar@padelers.com and we will cancel the order and issue you with a full refund. 

2. If we have already dispatched your order then the returns policy outlined below applies.

If you would like to return an item

You can return goods for any reason if you inform us within 14 days of receipt  and the goods are received by us within 30 days of being informed. To be eligible for a refund the goods must be returned in the same condition as they arrived, complete with all original packaging and with no evidence of use. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or return within 5 working days.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
